The Arcade Providence is the oldest shopping mall in America, built in 1828. It was renovated in 2013 to house retail, services, and restaurants on the first level, with the upper two levels converted to residential micro-lofts. The Arcade is on the National Register of Historic places; an architectural gem in the center of downtown Providence, RI. Carmen & Ginger is proud to be located within this building; we encourage all visitors to the area to include this on your short list of places to visit!
